Giuliano Rodrigues

Giuliano Rodrigues
Biography

Having lived in a few cities in his home country Brazil, it’s when he got Rio de Janiero where Giuliano began his earliest experiences in creating his own music. Around 2005, his first releases were pitched down melodic deep house influenced songs. Since then he has expanded his horizons to many different electronic genres, his sound now revolving around expansive soundscapes, top shelf beats, and serious bass grooves. His label Flowing Movement Music has over 300 songs that he has released. One of the things that he says that he loves to do is to create a visual experience: “I always make videos. Crazy videos! For artists, like Klartraum, Nadja Lind, Helmut Ebritsch, Michael Otten, Luc Angehehm, Weisses Licht, Kick Bong, Swordxl, Terje Saether.” He’s quite the man of many hats, in that he designs covers, organizes his music, and does the mastering, amongst other things. Other musical influences include the sounds from Buddha Bar, Hotel Emiliano, Buddha Lounge, Cafe Del Mar, Bjork, Emilie Simon, Portishead, Dido, and Lana Del Rey. He’s also a lover of Brazilian and Japanese food which he says also inspires him in some way to create. Giuiliano has done some great remixes that have been released on 3Bridge Records, and he has originals in the works that will be released on the label soon. A prolific artist that always delivers quality, he is one to watch and we welcome him to the family.
